How you could benefit from working with us:
Medical and Dental.
Offered 1st of the month following date of hire. Plan change eligible once a year during Open Enrollment or for qualifying event. Cost is shared.
Flexible Spending (FSA).
Effective date of hire and once a year during Open Enrollment. Health Care Account and Dependent Care Account annual maximums apply.
Life Insurance.
Generous coverage from date of hire 1x salary of life insurance up to a max of 100k, taxable after 50k, 100% employer paid. Supplemental life insurance available for employee, spouse and children at a bi-weekly cost to employee.
Long Term Disability Insurance.
Offered 1st of the month following date of hire. 100% employer paid benefit begins after 90 days of disability.
401(k) Plan.
Employee elective contribution opt-in the 1st of every quarter. Employer match upon one year of completed service consisting of at least 1,000 hours during current year is equal to 25% of employee eligible elective deferrals, up to 6% of compensation.
Time Off.
Beginning the 1st of the month following date of hire.
Vacation pay: 10 accrued vacation days per year
Holiday pay: 9 holidays (6 designated, 3 floating)
Personal/Sick pay: 5 accrued days per year
Parking Reimbursement.
We offer compensation based on location and starting date of hire, if applicable.
