Total compensation range between $120,000 & $150,000 including salary, bonus, and commission.

Responsibilities
Actively seek and pursue potential sales opportunities within the designated region.
Engage with colleagues and industry networks to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Represent the company at industry trade shows, showcasing their products and engaging with potential customers.
Evaluate and pre-qualify sales leads to determine potential for business opportunities.
Analyze Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and liaise with customers to clarify their requirements.
Contribute to proposal writing, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
Develop and present technical and sales presentations to clients and potential customers.
Continually update and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and forecast lists.
Engage in negotiations to secure contracts that align with business objectives and customer needs.
Create and organize order acceptance documentation in compliance with company protocols.
Actively engage in turnover meetings to ensure smooth transitions between sales and other operational phases.
Foster ongoing communication with clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
Operate from a home office within the specified US states, traveling approximately 50% of the time for customer visits, client meetings, tradeshows, and industry events.


Qualifications
Possess a degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical), Food Science, or related field, or demonstrate equivalent experience.
Possess prior knowledge of one or more of the following process technologies is beneficial: Powder Mixing Systems, Drying Systems, Liquid Processing Systems, Separation Systems, Powder Handling, and Packaging Systems
5+ Years Technical B2B Sales Experience: Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales within chemical, plastics, pharmaceutical, food ingredients industries, or chemical machinery.
Be willing and able to travel extensively (approximately 50% of the time) to visit customers, potential clients, tradeshows, and industry functions.
Demonstrated success in selling integrated custom engineered process systems is highly desirable.
Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
Showcase strong attention to detail and the ability to provide timely feedback to both internal and external customers.
Technology Proficiency: Possess a working knowledge of MS Office products and CRM systems.
Self-motivated and Leadership Skills: Display self-motivation and the capacity to motivate and lead others.
