We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our partner's growing finance team. This opportunity opened due to internal promotions, which reflects their commitment to career development and advancement. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the company’s financial integrity through accurate reporting, effective account management, and support of month-end close activities. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive both daily accounting operations and long-term business objectives. Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in compliance with GAAP.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Process daily transactions, including customer invoicing, cash receipts, and collections.
Assist with month-end close and support the financial reporting calendar.
Analyze and reconcile order, sales, and cost data.
Manage and update the Fixed Asset System and depreciation schedules.
Conduct credit checks and maintain customer account records in the ERP system.
Support internal and external audit processes.
Create reports and financial analyses for management.
Recommend and implement accounting process improvements.

Qualifications
2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills for collaborating across departments.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related Field.
Familiarity with fixed asset management and audit preparation.
Exposure to tax compliance and financial controls.
